Commander's Cup Ultimate Frisbee registration

Units/Squadrons sign-up for Commander's Cup Ultimate Frisbee! Teams will play a 5-week round-robin followed by a single-elimination tournament. Each team is made up of 14 Active Duty Service members from the same Unit/Squadron with 7 competing on the field. USA Ultimate rules followed. Teams play two, 20-minute halves with a 5-minute half-time. Tuesdays 6-9 p.m., May 11-June 15 at the Lewis North Athletic Complex.
Coaches/Info Meeting: April 27 at Lewis North Athletic Complex.
Championship Tournament: June 22, 6 p.m. at Lewis North Athletic Complex
