Wednesday, March 2 is Read Across America Day, also known as Dr. Seuss Day — a celebration of not only his life but a way to motivate children to read and establish a lifelong love of reading. JBLM libraries are holding a celebration from 3–5 p.m.
Enjoy literary games, a bookmarks-making craft table, literacy pamphlet handouts and a Dr. Seuss display with books.
Due to a scheduling conflict we will repeat this event on March 22, 3-5 p.m., with special guest readers Col. Lamb and Col. Hall.
