Meals to-go from McChord Club or American Lake Conference Center Wednesdays-Fridays, 3-6 p.m. Place your orders by noon. Credit card orders: 253-495-8684.

FAMILY TERIYAKI BOWL KIT: Provides the makings for 4 bowls. Choose one or two proteins, chicken or beef, for $45.  Add $6 for vegetarian option. Each kit has your choice of white or brown rice and macaroni  or green salad. Additional 16-oz. sides of rice or salad are $4.25 each.

CHILI, VEGAN CHILI or JAMBALAYA SOUP WITH SAUSAGE & SHRIMP: Each is served by the quart, ready to heat or put in your freezer for later. The cost is $20 per quart.

LASAGNA or VEGETARIAN LASAGNA: Each meal feeds 4. Lasagna features robust meat sauce, ground beef, pepperoni and Italian sausage. Vegetarian Lasagna has eggplant, zucchini, red peppers and onions in a garlic béchamel and tomato sauce with ricotta and mozzarella cheese. The cost for each is $25.

GOURMET MAC & CHEESE: Each meal feeds 4. Features 4 different cheeses. The cost is $25. Choose an add-on for $6 each: Bacon, chicken, Buffalo chicken or Italian-style with sausage and tomatoes.
