Virtual Commander's Cup 5K

Run any 5K route! Service members track their time via GPS and submit to the sports office by email or in person by 4:30 p.m. Oct. 8. Medals are given to the top three males and females in each age group. Points are earned for each unit who participates and for placing in top 3 of age group. 7 points for a first place, 5 for a 2nd place and 3 points for a 3rd place finish. The unit with the most points overall will win the Commander’s Cup 5K and receive a trophy.
