At Joint Base Lewis-McChord, Army Community Service is known as Armed Forces Community Service (AFCS).

From Family readiness to financial health — and much more — AFCS delivers quality-of-life programs tailored to your needs.

We help maintain community readiness and resiliency through a wide range of educational opportunities, special events, individualized counseling services, and other offerings. We assist Service Members from their first assignments, and throughout their career to separation or retirement. We also serve our military Families, veterans, wounded warriors, survivors, retirees, and DoD civilians.
